We fell in love with the first house that Fabiane took us for a visit and she made sure we get it.
We met Fabiane through a common friend who had given us excellent reviews. Although we met in an informal setting, Fabiane was well prepared to answer our questions. She had taken the time to research on us and our requirements even before our first meeting. She had even taken into account what would be convenient for our little guy.
As we were first time home buyers, Fabiane patiently walked us through all the nitty gritty details, checkpoints, and loopholes that we need to be aware of. She was always available by phone, email, and text messages to answer any small questions that we had. We found her to be very knowledgeable and resourceful which made us feel comfortable and helped created a sense of trust.
When the time came, she incessantly worked with the seller’s agent, our lender and the title company to ensure that we are able to successfully close the escrow in time. By the end of the process, she ended up becoming more of a trusted family friend than just a real estate agent.
Even after we bought the house, she continued to help us get the place in shape exactly the way we wanted so that we could move into our dream home as quickly and smoothly as possible.
