I began my real estate career in 2007 and during these years I have established over my career as a proven Project Manager, Designer, Market Strategist and Negotiator. I also offer four essential skills for my clients: Vision, Design, Budget, and Timeline. Vision and Design can be from a simple remodel to a massive overhaul. Both of these can let me use my creative and artistic side. Part of the vision and design is a Budget, which I work on for my clients to increase the value and the Return on Investment (ROI) based on the improvements my clients make on the house. Last, I create a Timeline for clients, so they know how long the normal process will take whether it’s for a remodel or getting their house ready to put on the market.
I was born and raised in Brazil, where I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Biology from Pontifical University Catholic ( PUC- Brazil). I moved to the Bay Area in 1999, where I have lived most of my adult life in Marin, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties after our family settled in Sunnyvale. Living in all these places in the Bay Area gives me extensive knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools
I decided to work with Sotheby’s because of their International reach, which fits perfectly with all the languages that I speak ( English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian ) and also their focus on the quality of their marketing material. In the 10 years, I’ve worked in real estate, my philosophy has always been to help others, and that’s why I enjoy supporting the Samaritan House in San Mateo County and Saint Jude Children Research. Both of these charities are close to my heart.
